With over 20 years of experience as a Security Specialist (GG-0080-13) for the Department of the Army, I have dedicated my career to navigating the intersection of Personnel Security, Physical Safety, and Organizational Complexity.

Currently a Doctoral Candidate in Leadership at Liberty University, my research focuses on the "Leader Integration and Training Plan", a strategic framework designed to stabilize personnel turnover and maintain operational readiness in high-stakes environments.

Holding a Master’s in Organizational Security and a B.S. in Computer Studies, I bring a unique "Scholar-Practitioner" lens to every project, ensuring that security solutions are both technically sound and culturally sustainable.
